Is it a bad sign if you break up with someone you live and tell?

tell them a reasonable time frame for finding a place - in addition to the time you have already given. And the first thing they say when you see them the next day is how they dont want to live in ';this neighborhood'; or ';on a busy street';. Am I getting payed here?Is it a bad sign if you break up with someone you live and tell?
Tell them they have blank amount of time. And if your on the lease then when that time comes give him a box and tell him to live in that cause time is up. I dont know legalities of it but im thinkin if your the lease holder then its your place and he needs to go. Just my thoughts on it
